Dear Pastors, Supporters, AFBM Family and Friends,
It is our prayer that the Lord will show great kindness and love to you for your support of Armed Forces Baptist Missions. Your faithfulness and testimony are an example to all Christians.
We want to use this letter to brag on the Lord, and how He is blessing AFBM through folks like you.
First, we continue to see His provision for His saints. Never in my life do I remember a more trying time, yet in the midst of this He is in control and keeping His servants.
Next, He continues to send His servants.
This month we welcome the Kohr family. They are involved in a church rescue in Havelock, NC. Freedom Baptist Church is located just a couple miles from Cherry Point Marine Corp Air Station. Jim, Susan, Shannon, and Josh are sent out of Emmanuel Baptist Church in Kings Mountain, NC. Please pray for this family as they reach out to military heroes.
Please pray for me as I continue to present the ministry of Armed Forces Baptist Missions and worldwide missions. What a joy it is to present Faith Promise Missions, to preach special Armed Forces Days, and to see the Lord save folks. We never tire of His redeeming grace.
Thank you again for the blessing you have been to us and allowing us to serve with you.
Here are some praises our shared ministry has had in the past two-years:
• 100,000 New Testaments shipped to our heroes around the world.
• 150,000 John and Romans in the hands of our military and veterans.
• 65,000 Whole Bibles shipped to Iraq and Afghanistan.
• Six new churches in three countries outside of military bases.
• Seven New missionary families.
• Souls for our harvest. Only the Lord knows how many, but I cannot remember a week going by without hearing of the miracle of souls with a new home.
